We sell pre-built and custom homes that are constructed at our shop in Lincoln, VT. We coordinate site work, delivery and set up of the new home on its permanent foundation. 

We are focused on serving Chittenden, Addison and Washington Counties in Vermont.

Our homes are built off site under controlled conditions. Once the homes are complete, we have the homes delivered to the final site and crane them onto a permanent foundation. Our homes are designed to be placed on a low-carbon, low-impact, low cost helical pier foundation. However, they can also be placed on a conventional concrete foundation with or without a basement.

The Dellre 500 starts under $200k for the base model. The DellVista 620 starts under $250k for the base model. There are options to lower these costs further. These prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the building material market. Site work is additional. Sites can vary greatly, but buyers should anticipate between $20-50k in site work costs. Mountain Tree will work with you to evaluate site work costs for your complete delivered home package. 

The Dellre 500 starts under $100k for the base model. The DellVista 620 starts under $140k for the base model. These prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the building material market. Sitework is additional. 

Our base models are solar ready, but do not come with solar panels installed on the roof. Solar would be an additional charge, roughly $18-25k for an 8-13kw system. We can arrange for solar to be added to the roof after the home is placed on its permanent foundation and hooked up to utilities. 

We do not offer financing at this time. We recommend reaching out East Rise Credit Union and/or Bank of Middlebury to lean more about their financing options. These institutions are familiar with non-conventional home builds. Please check out additional local financing information here.
